Here, I happily share with you some of the deeper insights of my life and some of the good news I have learned over the years about the achievements of true pioneers who came to game-changing conclusions in their field of work.
I am so fortunate to see that each individual and ultimately all people can have a wonderful life with infinite satisfaction both in our inner heart of aspiration and in our outer life of dedication.
My personal story may be of interest to you because I consider myself to be nothing special, but a pretty normal case with defects and shortcomings. So if I was able to improve that, if my life changed into something far beyond my imagination, then you can certainly do that as well!
I have been blessed in my youth with two major gifts, which proved to be precious beyond measure: The first gift was my inner and outer hunger for improvement in our condition as human beings and for the improvement of humanity as a whole.
The second gift was the cosmic answer to my searching cry, the appearance in my life of a true yogi, in the very real form of my tutor and friend Sri Chinmoy, who lovingly and compassionately showed me the way.
He offered me the inner experience of oneness: Oneness with myself, oneness with my soul, oneness with my Source, oneness with Truth, oneness with all creation and concern for it.

And he guided me in a most beautiful way to transform my undeveloped eagerness for changing the world into a deep experience of love to the Source of the world. And then he took me on a guided tour in a lifelong school to love and serve the world.
He taught me by inner experience how everything works, and how I can interact with everything.

He gave me the inner key to experience life and each existence from inside, and first of all myself. And then he developed over many years my capacity to act in the world in a meaningful way, slowly and steadily one step at a time.
The first big lesson for me was to accept the world – in order to transform it.
Both inner illumination and outer purposeful actions are needed to contribute to an improvement in our world. I discovered that I had found exactly the right teacher who said about himself and his path:
I am so glad that I did not follow
The path of Nirvana.
Extinction is not my choice.
Action, action, divine action,
Forever and forever
Will be my only choice.

Sri Chinmoy has shown us his philosophy in action with his own example. He was a poet, an artist, a singer, a composer and an athlete, a creator of a beautiful modern lifestyle, combining ancient spirituality of the Vedic Seers with the dynamic speed and physical perfection of today.
He brought together, declared as inseparable and proved with his own example what was thought to be incompatible and impossible: The oneness of the soul and the body, the oneness of the inner and outer life, the oneness of spirit and matter, the oneness of the spiritual and material life, the oneness of the Creator and creation.
The innovation and improvements from our growth into the modern holistic lifestyle are unimaginable.
Now, as I experience the first arrival of the infinite waves of spiritual light in my little life, I feel like a oneness-seed, planted by my Master and friend into the earth soil. May his divine action become fruitful; may we discover, realise and manifest our oneness. Let us grow from oneness-seeds into oneness-plants and oneness-trees.
Let us transform our troubled earth into a most beautiful garden!
